Ford has confirmed the Fiesta Active line-up, ahead of its arrival in showrooms later this year. As exclusively revealed by Diesel Car last month, Ford’s more rugged Fiesta will feature a choice of three versions – Active 1, Active B&O Play and Active X – with prices starting at £19,070. Exclusively available with the five-door bodystyle, standard equipment on all versions includes 17-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, roof rails and chunkier bodystyling, as well as electric windows all round, rear privacy glass, air conditioning, a heated front windscreen and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. There’s an increased ride height, rough-road suspension and three different driving modes for Eco, Normal and Slippery. B&O Play versions add an uprated audio system with 360-degree sound and ten speakers, as well as a yellow theme. There’s also a black roof and door mirrors, cruise control, a rain sensor, auto-dimming rear view mirror, centre console with armrest and traffic sign recognition. The Active X editions also add half leather upholstery, heated front seats, power folding door mirrors, a navigation system, keyless entry and start, rear parking sensors and reversing camera.
