Ahead of the first cars arriving in UK showrooms in April, Audi has announced prices for its new A7 Sportback range. 50 TDI editions are powered by a 3.0-litre V6 TDI engine that delivers 282bhp and 457lb ft of torque, as well as sprinting to 62mph in just 5.7 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of 155mph. CO2 emissions for cars equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels are 147g/km, with a combined fuel economy figure of 50.4mpg. Available in a choice of Sport or S line trim levels, and mated to an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission, prices start at £54,940 for the former and £57,840 for the latter. All versions feature 48-volt mild hybrid technology, all-digital control and comprehensive connectivity that incorporates a 10.1-inch upper display and 8.6- inch lower touchscreen that replaces the rotary dial from the old car. A total of 39 driver assistance systems are on offer on the new A7, split into three packages: Parking, City Assist and Tour. The parking package will be introduced later in 2018, while the other two packs are available immediately.
